Q: Is this site secure?
A: Yes. We have 128 bit SSL encryption; we use Authorize.net, the market leader in online payment processing; and our shopping cart is certified through the Visa Payment Application Best Practice (PABP) assessment.
Q: How fast do you ship?
A: Orders are usually shipped next day. However, on rare occations it’s 2 days.
Q: How do you measure your items?
A: We size our items laying flat without being stretched. However, we will (depending on the garment fabrics) give stretched measurements as well. We measure shoulder to shoulder. Bust is from under one arm to the other. Waist is from the smallest part the waist from one side to the other. Length will be from shoulder down to the end of the garment. And sleeves are from shoulder to end of the sleeve. We add on measurements where the garments call for it. If you ever have any questions or would like measurements of a particular item, please just contact us. We are happy to accommodate.
Q: Do you hold items
A: We do not hold items, we just don’t have the resources, and our items go so quickly that it’s not possible.
Q: Do you have layaway?
A: No.
Q: If I buy multiple items do I get a discount?
A: No, but we often have sales and several items have special offers on related items with the purchase of that item.
Q: Do you buy items from people?
A: Yes, we would be interested in buying quality designer merchandise from individuals. If you have something that’s in good shape, contact us. If we’re interested, we’ll ask for some pictures and go from there.
