Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is most important thing to us at Hollywhirl. To the best of our ability, we try to photograph and describe our merchandise as accurately as possible, but we realize it can be difficult to purchase clothing and fashion accessories without the benefit of seeing, touching and trying them on. This is why we offer our 100% satisfaction guarantee on all items we sell.

If you see something you like, you can make the purchase knowing you can return it for a refund. However, we have a procedure we follow that protects you and us from fraud and loss.


Procedure for Returns

  • We will only give store credit for returns, except for authenticity issues, when we will refund the full amount to the original credit card used for the purchase.
  • All items returned must be returned in the original box
  • All items returned must have the official Hollywhirl tag attached
  • When shipping the item back to Hollywhirl, we must receive with it a completed return authorization form. A form is enclosed in the package with your purchase and can also be downloaded here. They can be faxed to 603.761.0172 or emailed to sales [at] hollywhirl [dot] com.
  • All items returned must be shipped back to Hollywhirl within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. This means you ship it within 7 days from when you get it. We do not need to receive it within 7 days. You can use which ever shipping carrier you like.
  • There will be a $10 restocking fee per item for all returned orders. This will be deducted from your refund.
  • You, the customer, are responsible for paying return shipping – hey, we paid to ship it to you.
  • All items returned must be in the exact condition as when we shipped them to you.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 48 hours.

Hollywhirl provides free standard shipping on all orders to the US**. Why? Because we love you.

** Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico not included.

Our standard shipping is UPS Ground 1-5 day delivery. If you want a faster shipping option, you can select that during checkout for an additional charge.

A signature delivery is required on all our orders.

If your shipping address is different than your billing address, we’ll need to call you to confirm your order.

We will not ship to P. O. Boxes.

International Orders

We accept international orders. After all, good fashion-sense knows no borders. However, we do have a few rules:

  • The billing address must be in the same country as the shipping address
  • We do not ship to P. O. Boxes
  • All orders are in USD only.
  • We only offer USPS International Priority shipping which takes 6-10 days. We found this to be the most economical.
  • If you wish to have expedited shipping, please let us know in your order notes and we’ll contact you with the price for that.
  • If for some reason we cannot sell/ship to your country (export and import laws, tariffs, trade embargoes…) we’ll notify you and void your order prior to charging your credit card.
  • Because of high degree of fraudulent credit cards, we reserve the right to restrict, delay or void any credit card purchases to foreign addresses.

Disclaimer

Hollywhirl exclusively sells used designer fashions at prices far below new market values. By purchasing used designer fashions, you acknowledge that you are aware of the following:

  • All items are sold as is.
  • We do not sell badly worn items. However, items may have flaws, including but not limited to stains, scuffs, snags, and marks.
  • Items are used and most likely have been previously worn, unless otherwise indicated.
  • Items may not have been cleaned if they are in presentable condition, but in certain instances we have cleaned or reconditioned items to provide the best product to our customers.
  • No warranty is expressed or implied regarding the usefulness or durability of any item.
  • We may limit quantities and/or refuse service to anyone.
  • Items are researched and retail value is an approximate unless items are otherwise sold with retail tags attached.
